Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add a transaction?
You can add transactions manually through the app's main interface, or use voice input to quickly log expenses. Simply tap the + button or use the chat feature to say "Add expense" followed by the details.
How do I connect my bank account?
LedgerGenius uses Stripe for secure bank connections. Go to Settings > Connected Accounts to link your bank account. Your credentials are never stored on our servers.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for all data at rest and in transit. Your financial data is stored securely in encrypted databases, and we never share your information with third parties without your consent.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription through your device's app store (iOS App Store or Google Play Store). Go to your account settings in the respective store to cancel or modify your subscription.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app. You can also contact us at support@ltgai.com to request account deletion.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your transaction history and financial data in CSV format from Settings > Data > Export Data.
