LedgerGenius is an AI-powered personal finance application that provides budgeting tools, expense tracking, bank account integration, and AI-generated financial insights. The Service is designed to help users manage their personal finances but does not constitute professional financial, investment, or tax advice.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

LedgerGenius offers subscription plans with varying features. By subscribing:

  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice
  • Refunds are subject to applicable app store policies

Payments are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe, depending on your platform. Each payment processor has its own terms that apply to your transaction.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

LedgerGenius uses artificial intelligence to provide financial insights, categorization, and recommendations. This AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making significant financial decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

6. Bank Account Connections

The Service allows you to connect external bank accounts through Stripe Financial Connections. By connecting your accounts, you authorize us to access your transaction data for the purposes of providing the Service. We do not store your bank login credentials. You may disconnect your accounts at any time through the app settings.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malicious code or content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by LTG AI Solutions America, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LTG AI SOLUTIONS AMERICA, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington State.
